Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using N0CK, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use N0CK.

You may only use N0CK to test systems for which you have explicit authorization. This includes:

• • Systems you own or control
• • Systems where you have written permission from the owner
• • Bug bounty programs with published scopes

Unauthorized testing is illegal and violates these terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.

You agree not to:

• • Use N0CK for illegal, malicious, or harmful purposes
• • Test systems without authorization
• • Cause denial of service or system disruption
• • Access, modify, or delete data beyond proof-of-concept needs
• • Violate privacy rights or data protection laws
• • Circumvent security measures beyond authorized scope

N0CK is proprietary software. Subject to these terms, N0CK grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for authorized security testing.

N0CK IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. N0CK DOES NOT GUARANTEE:

• • Accuracy or completeness of scan results
• • That N0CK will detect all vulnerabilities
• • That N0CK will not produce false positives
• • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, N0CK AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• • Damages resulting from use or inability to use N0CK
• • Legal consequences of unauthorized testing
• • System damage or data loss caused by N0CK
• • Missed vulnerabilities or false positives
• • Third-party claims arising from your use of N0CK

You assume all risk associated with using N0CK.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless N0CK, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of N0CK, including unauthorized testing or violation of these terms.

N0CK may terminate your license immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of N0CK and destroy all copies.

N0CK reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where N0CK is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
